This was a hilarious email that was received supposedly from Santa Clara County 
Correctional Officer: Jerry "Dip Shit"  Ebling. I decided to post a copy of it here so everyone
could get a good laugh. Thanks to Officer Ebling, ( Mr. Personality Disorder ) for contributing to
this website, and for helping to prove My Point. I also included a copy of my reply to Ebling. I basically said what I needed to, ( Except maybe I was a bit to nice. ) 
When you get a chance, please send him an email and thank him for his contribution & for generously volunteering to make an even bigger ass out of himself! Also, please take the time to tell him how proud of him and impressed you are that he is smart enough to actually use a computer and knows how to send an email!

THIS IS TO THE PERSON WHO WAS ENCARCERATED AT ELMWOOD.  WHY WERE YOU THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE?  IT CERTAINLY WASN'T BECAUSE YOU DID NOTHING WRONG!!!  WHO DO YOU THINK IS PAYING FOR YOUR KEEP WHILE YOU'RE VACATIONING......THE TAXPAYERS...LIKE ME.  HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO HAVE A PROFOUND RESPECT FOR THE LAW AND IT'S OFFICERS.  PEOPLE WHO NEVER BREAK THE LAW BUT SOME HOW END UP PAY FOR THE FREELOADERS WHO ARE ALWAYS IN TROUBLE AND WHINING AND CRYING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO FINISH THEIR  BREAKFAST THEY WERE SERVED (WHICH I PAID FOR).  TRY GETTING A JOB AND CONTRIBUTING TO SOCIETY IN A POSITIVE LIGHT INSTEAD OF TRYING TO THROW MUD ON OFFICERS WHO RISK THEIR LIVES EVERY DAY TO FILTH LIKE YOU FROM PREYING ON PEOPLE LIKE US.  IT'S OBVIOUS YOU HAVE TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS POSTING NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND VIDEOS ABOUT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS........GET A JOB, DO SOMETHING POSITIVE WITH ALL YOUR FREE TIME!!!!

If you think that just because someone is in jail, then they must have committed a crime, then you obviously have part of your brain missing. People are falsely arrested and wrongfully convicted every day in Santa Clara County. Often the arresting officers are more concerned with getting a confession than they are with obtaining the truth. Likewise, the DA is more concerned with getting a conviction than determining guilt or innocence. Every day that court is in session in Santa Clara County, plaintiffs are given the ultimatum, to plead guilty to a crime they didn’t commit (In order to be released or to obtain a lighter sentence), or to sit in jail for 30 to 45 days waiting for a trial. Obviously, many people need to get out as soon as possible to maintain and continue their employment, and  continue to provide for their families. Fortunately for me, I have owned and operated my own business for several years, and was able to designate others to hold the fort while I was away. Still It cost me thousands of dollars out of my pocket, plus having to pay ridiculous court fees for a crime I didn’t commit.  Even though the charges were dropped, &  I still have NO CRIMINAL RECORD, not a single penny was reimbursed for the time out of my life, lost income, etc. that was STOLEN FROM ME by this  CONSTIPATED JUDICIAL DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. For someone who supposedly has such a "Profound respect for the law", you certainly don't understand very much about the law and how it works. Who the hell designated you as the judge,  jury and prosecutor?

As far as sticking up for the correctional officers who work for Santa Clara County Department Of Correction, Most of them are the stupidest, most incompetent, bozo's in the world. (LIKE YOU! - I am amazed that a deranged imbecile freak of nature as whacked out, confused and disconnected as yourself could actually figure out how to use a computer, - Let alone have the ability to read and write. ) Most of the Correctional officers in Santa Clara County could never hold  a real job. The majority of them are a bunch of insecure inbred goons and morons. The situation with this half-wit knucklehead: "Jerry Ebling" was not so much that he stole my breakfast, but rather he deprived me of my right to be fed. I didn’t do a damn thing to that numb-skull idiot. The fact that I was wrongly incarcerated in the first place was bad enough, but  to have a DIP-SHIT MORON  like Jerry Ebling pull an idiotic and ludicrous stunt like that with me was the last straw.

Jerry Ebling is obviously too  dumb, stupid,  incompetent and way under qualified to be a real cop (and he has obvious mental problems) and because he is insecure of the fact that he is far less intelligent than a normal person!" he feels he has to compensate for his psychological and intellectual inadequacy by behaving like a FOOL and an ASSHOLE! Maybe by hating total strangers, and finding innocent victims (like me) to harass and prey on, it makes it easier to deal with his low self esteem and having to go through life HATING HIMSELF FOR BEING A LOSER!  Ebling has no right to judge me! but I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO JUDGE HIM!  (That degenerate low-life scum who probably hasn’t earned an honest dollar in his life, a "supposed" public servant, who works for me, and whose salary is paid by me.  (A hard working taxpayer, and a productive and pro-active member of this community!) Filthy scoundrels like Jerry Ebling give LEGITIMATE CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS a bad name! Because of despicable degenerate toads like “Jerry Ebling”, (And like-minded Special-Ed High School Drop Outs) that most decent respectable people would be ashamed and embarrassed to be a correctional officer.

I noticed that your email address is ebling0106@aol.com. I don’t know if you are Jerry Ebling, the moron CO or not. Perhaps you are his relative, and if so; I pity you. I wouldn’t doubt you are related because you are obviously not very smart. Furthermore, you are in desperate in need of extensive psychological therapy and you also could sure use a swift kick in the ass.

If you are Jerry Ebling, You have nothing to bitch about. You were wrong, & I was right. (Plain and Simple) You had every chance to correct your WRONG ILLEGAL STUPID ACTION while I was still in custody, yet  you failed.  So listen here you filthy old  bastard!  Now that I’m gone, &  no longer in custody, don’t expect to EVER  get rid of me!

There are indeed some legitimate and honorable correctional officers, but you are not one of them. You are not worthy to wear a police uniform. A police uniform is meant to represent things like honor, justice, and Integrity. (Things that you  know nothing  about)  You represent  foolishness, arrogance, disgrace, stupidity, perversion, ugliness, sorrow and shame! You have about as much integrity and dignity as a low-life filthy maggot! (A fly larvae that breeds and flourishes in dog shit!) If you expect to be regarded any better, then smarten up and start acting like a decent and respectable human being, and  learn to behave as a respectable member of society. (NOT an irresponsible reckless dumb-ass idiot!) Just because you hate life, and because you have been a complete pathetic failure since the hour you were born is no excuse or justification for you to act the way you do. I never would expect an elderly man such as yourself to behave like such a delinquent little immature bed wetting child .  Grow up!
